Any owner, administrator, host, editor, subscriber of a network or website, or owner of a computer or mobile device is presumed to have published or re-published its contents.
How would ACT114A affect you?
ACT 114A will affect me if i defame politician, or seditious, or if i lend my phone, laptop, computer, i pad or mobile device to somebody to access to network for doing his/her matter, it will affect me if that matter is wrongdoing, or under the false name or anonymous to post the bad comment.
Does it really matter?
It's really a matter if it's involving innocent. The innocent need to defense itself or need to justify he/she is not wrong or have nothing to do with it, maybe the innocent fail to prove her self its innocence, then its the fault of the ACT 114A.
Should you be concerned?
Of course i have to concerned this ACT 114A. Maybe 1 day i'm one of the victim accused by the authorities， by that time, i need to prove that i'm innocence. One more things is i don't like the innocent been injustice.

You hit on the spot on this Act. For all I know this Act will only cause the innocent person to be punished. As I know, there is a term which said 'innocent until proven guilty'. If the person could not prove that they are innocent, they will be sued in court. This can lead up to a serious matter.
