If an act such as Act 114A is ever implemented, I would dare say that I might just as well
delete my Facebook account and stick to e-mails. The idea of accusing an
individual of a crime based on assumptions and personal responsibility is being very
one-sided and injustice.
It is like blaming an
open cage for a lost animal.
In my opinion if Act
114A ever comes live, this will indeed bring sabotage to a whole new level as
individuals do not have the right to
defend or testify the truth as internet cyberspace technically belongs to no
one.

I agree with you if such an act were to be implemented many innocent people will be charge for something they didn't do.

I also agree with you. The internet is for everyone to use. But for sure we cannot control people on how they want to misuse it. If this act is implied, chances for us to do what we want is very slim.

I agree with you too. Before this issue comes out, people uses the internet with joy. We can share what we want through social networks, but if this act really implement in our social network life, it will be a terrible moment for us. We cannot simply share issues or news anymore.

Yes, I'm agree with what you said. The sentence "The idea of accusing an individual of a crime based on assumptions and personal responsibility is being very one-sided and injustice." are right. Authorities just cannot accused the innocent just because they haven't or can't find the proof or evidence.

I agreed with you where when an act had been implement there'll be very one-sided and injustice but I wouldn't agree about shutting down social networking platforms. This is what they want from us, to shut us up, we should be aware of the act and do something about it. Even if you shut down everything you have, what if someone actually used your computer for that? You still involved in it, right?
