Well, according to my research through Google, there are no assured answers. Some said that no one is regulating the internet, some said that it is the government that regulates the internet. One of the answer I found is, the internet is regulated by IETF. IETF a.k.a. Internet Engineering Task Force is the governing body of the internet, from my research, it is also explain that IETF is a large open international community of network designers, operators, vendors, and researchers concerned with the evolution of the Internet architecture. I was thinking, if IETF is the governing body, it should be the one who regulates the internet. But there are too many answers about this topic and makes me confuse a lot, wondering which one is the true answer. There is another answer is that there are several groups that controls the internet, such as:- The Internet Society and ICANN, etc... From my research, the best answer I think is the governing body of Internet regulates it.
Personally, I think there should be internet censorship. Because This can filter the contents of the web, in order to let the internet access the information. Besides that, they can also use censorship method to block certain sites, hide certain information that is sensitive. Although it is a bit though if there is internet censorship, some websites cannot be viewed, but for using the internet wisely, I will still think that internet censorship should be there.

As for who is the one that regulates the internet, I too also find it hard to find the best answer, because it can be varied. Yes, I do agree that internet censorship is something that we should be aware. This is because if the internet is not filtered and certain websites out there that are sensitive can be dangerous.

Yes, i think it should be internet censorship too. Let's say if access control to protect children and to enable adults to avoid material which offends their personal and community standards.
