Who regulates the Internet?
No one, the TCP/IP protocol on which all Internet protocols are based is not patented and can be implemented by anyone. It can also continue to operate without anyone central system in charge. But like all things there's someone "policing" them, like the NSI (National Security Institute). To conclude I'll say that it doesn't matter if their is someone regulates the Internet or not as long as the Internet is will just remand the same not patented and can be implemented by anyone.Personally, do you think there should be Internet censorship?
What kind of question is this! Of course NO! there should not be any Internet censorship.
Okay, let's look at this way, why do you think we should have Internet censorship? Is it to prevent youngsters exposed to all kinds of social networking, political, pornographic materials or whatever sensitive issues? This is not the Internet fault it is youngsters nature to be curious of our world and what is happening. For younger age group, parents should be responsible to give proper advice to their children. Teens and young adults should already have proper education and they have their right view the information. Filtering the Internet and editing the Internet is like feeding us with lies. We have our rights to know! Thoughts who support the censorship I'll say that they are immature and scared of what mite happened but not what will happened.

True, I agree that it's the user that cause the problems but there's always people who read and don't think about it. Censorship is to prevent these people, somehow not exposing too much to these contents and not causing any troubles.
